These Terms govern your use of x402swag.com and any purchase from x402 Swag, operated by GSD Contracts LLC d/b/a ForgeMesh. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your shipping address.

Products, pricing & availability

Products are made to order via third-party print/dropship providers. Colors and details may vary slightly. Prices are shown at checkout and may change; obvious pricing errors do not bind us, and we may cancel and refund an order priced in error.

Orders & payment

• Card payments are handled by Stripe. Crypto payments are made in USDC on Base via the x402 protocol.
• Crypto payments are final and irreversible once settled on-chain. Send only the amount requested, on the correct network. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address or network.
• Your order is an offer we may accept or decline; a contract forms when we confirm and begin fulfillment.

Shipping & returns

Fulfillment and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSD Contracts LLC d/b/a ForgeMesh and its owners, members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
