x402 Swag ("we", "us") operates x402swag.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Order & contact details you provide: name, email, and shipping/billing address.
• Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Crypto payments settle in USDC on the Base network via the x402 protocol — we record the paying wallet address and on-chain transaction reference.
• Technical data: a cart cookie to remember your basket, plus standard request logs.

How we use it

• To process orders, take payment, and arrange fulfillment and delivery.
• To provide customer support and send order-related messages.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

• Fulfillment partners (print-on-demand / dropship providers) receive your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order.
• Payment processors (Stripe for cards; the x402/USDC settlement layer for crypto) process your payment.
• Service providers for hosting and infrastructure, and authorities where required by law.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep order and transaction records as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal/tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond as required by law.

Security

We use encryption in transit, restricted access, and encrypted, access-controlled backups. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
